มหาวิทยาลัยศรีปทุม (SPU) มุ่งมั่นส่งเสริมสิทธิแรงงานและความเป็นธรรมในการทำงาน เพื่อให้บุคลากรทุกคนได้รับการคุ้มครอง เคารพ และมีส่วนร่วมอย่างเท่าเทียม
มหาวิทยาลัยศรีปทุมยึดมั่นในความยุติธรรมของการทำงาน โดยดำเนินการตามพระราชบัญญัติคุ้มครองแรงงาน พ.ศ. 2541 อย่างครบถ้วน สำนักงานทรัพยากรบุคคลเป็นหน่วยงานหลักในการกำกับนโยบายด้านสิทธิแรงงาน สวัสดิการ และการทำงานที่เป็นธรรม ครอบคลุมบุคลากรทั้งชาวไทยและชาวต่างชาติ
คณะกรรมการสวัสดิการแรงงานและการคุ้มครองการทำงานของมหาวิทยาลัย ทำหน้าที่กำกับ ติดตาม และส่งเสริมการดำเนินงานให้เป็นไปตามสิทธิแรงงาน พร้อมเป็นช่องทางสะท้อนความคิดเห็นของพนักงานต่อผู้บริหาร นอกจากนี้ มหาวิทยาลัยยังจัดอบรมให้ความรู้เกี่ยวกับสิทธิแรงงาน ความเท่าเทียมทางเพศ และการพัฒนาวิชาชีพอย่างต่อเนื่อง
