Sripatum University (SPU) continues to play a transformative role in advancing energy literacy and sustainable practices within the local community. Through its School of Engineering, SPU delivers public lectures, training sessions, and outreach programs designed to improve energy efficiency and promote clean energy use.
Key highlights include expert-led sessions by Dr. Thepparit Thongchub and Asst. Prof. Thanaphat Promwattanaphakdee, who conducted specialized training for the Bank for Agriculture and Agricultural Cooperatives (BAAC) on optimizing large-scale air-conditioning systems for reduced energy consumption. Meanwhile, Asst. Prof. Dr. Chonlathis Eiamworawutthikul and Asst. Prof. Dr. Denchai Woradejchamreun extended SPU’s outreach to local businesses and community groups, focusing on practical methods to save energy and adopt renewable solutions.

เมื่อความรู้ผสานกับจุดมุ่งหมาย ผลลัพธ์ย่อมยิ่งใหญ่ เอสพียูส่งต่อความเชี่ยวชาญของคณะวิศวกรรมศาสตร์สู่ชุมชนท้องถิ่นและภาคอุตสาหกรรม เพื่อส่งเสริมการใช้พลังงานอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและยั่งยืน
มหาวิทยาลัยศรีปทุม (SPU) มีบทบาทสำคัญในการยกระดับความรู้ด้านพลังงานและการใช้พลังงานอย่างยั่งยืนให้แก่ชุมชนท้องถิ่น ผ่านคณะวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ที่จัดกิจกรรมอบรม บรรยาย และบริการวิชาการแก่สาธารณะ เพื่อให้เกิดความเข้าใจในเรื่องการอนุรักษ์พลังงานและพลังงานสะอาด
กิจกรรมที่โดดเด่น ได้แก่ การบรรยายของ ดร.เทพฤทธิ์ ทองชุบ และ ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ธนภัทร พรมวัฒนภักดี ให้แก่ธนาคารเพื่อการเกษตรและสหกรณ์การเกษตร (ธ.ก.ส.) เกี่ยวกับการเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการทำงานของระบบปรับอากาศขนาดใหญ่เพื่อการประหยัดพลังงาน อีกทั้ง ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.ชลธิศ เอี่ยมวรวุฒิกุล และ ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.เด่นชัย วรเดชจำเริญ ยังได้ถ่ายทอดความรู้สู่ผู้ประกอบการและชุมชนในท้องถิ่น เพื่อส่งเสริมแนวทางการประหยัดพลังงานและการใช้พลังงานทดแทน
กิจกรรมเหล่านี้ไม่เพียงเป็นการถ่ายทอดความรู้ด้านเทคนิค แต่ยังเป็นการสร้างความตระหนักรู้และเสริมพลังให้ชุมชนมีส่วนร่วมในการสร้างวัฒนธรรมการใช้พลังงานอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
