Sripatum University launched the transformative “MC SEARCH 2025” program to discover and develop the next generation of student emcees. Held on March 27–28 and April 21, 2025, at the Convention Hall, Building 11, the initiative was driven by the Public Relations Office and led by Ms. Chawanee Chuenkoedlap, in collaboration with communication arts students. The project spotlighted SPU’s commitment to empowering youth with practical skills in communication, leadership, and confidence for real-world professional success.
Through intensive workshops hosted by top-tier professionals, including Dr. Worawan Thanatchapiyathan (SPU), Ms. Apinya Khaosaibai (Channel 5), and Mr. Phonwatchara Phuphiphat (TNN 16), students were immersed in the fundamentals of public speaking, professional presence, and crisis management—critical soft skills aligned with SDG 4.3.3 (vocational training), SDG 4.3.2 (educational events), and SDG 8.4.1 (student placement training).
Notably, the initiative elevated gender equity and inclusivity, with both male and female participants winning awards, exemplifying SDG 5.5.1 (female degree recipients) and SDG 10.2.1 (first-generation access). Further reflecting SDG 16.2.3 and SDG 17.2.5, the program embodied participatory engagement and institutional collaboration, with students, faculty, and external media professionals co-creating an impactful learning platform.
The final competition challenged participants in real-time hosting scenarios, judged across articulation, poise, audience engagement, and improvisation. Winners included Ms. Norjaya Binti Harun (Liberal Arts), Mr. Sorawit Taweecherdchaisap (Communication Arts), and Ms. Chanjira Phonphlitdok (Tourism and Hospitality), with Mr. Sorawit also securing the Popular Vote.
By integrating mentorship, reward-based encouragement, and professional exposure, “MC SEARCH 2025” stands as a model of SDG-aligned educational practice—empowering students to lead, speak, and inspire with purpose.

มหาวิทยาลัยศรีปทุม เปิดเวทีเฟ้นหานักศึกษาพิธีกรรุ่นใหม่ผ่านโครงการ “MC SEARCH 2025” ซึ่งจัดขึ้นระหว่างวันที่ 27 – 28 มีนาคม และ 21 เมษายน 2568 ณ ห้อง Convention อาคาร 11 ชั้น 4 โครงการนี้ดำเนินงานโดยสำนักงานประชาสัมพันธ์ โดยนางชวณี ชื่นเกิดลาภ ผู้อำนวยการ พร้อมด้วยทีมนักศึกษาคณะนิเทศศาสตร์ เพื่อคัดเลือกนักศึกษาที่มีศักยภาพด้านการพูด และส่งเสริมสู่เวทีระดับมืออาชีพ
กิจกรรมภายในโครงการ ประกอบด้วยการอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการเข้มข้นโดยวิทยากรมืออาชีพ ได้แก่ ดร.วรวลัญช์ ธนัชปิยะธันย์ (SPU), คุณอภิญญา ขาวสบาย (ช่อง 5) และคุณพลวัชร ภู่พิพัฒน์ (TNN 16) ถ่ายทอดทักษะการพูด บุคลิกภาพ และการจัดการสถานการณ์เฉพาะหน้าอย่างมืออาชีพ สอดคล้องกับ SDG 4.3.3 (การฝึกอบรมวิชาชีพ), SDG 4.3.2 (กิจกรรมการศึกษา), และ SDG 8.4.1 (การฝึกงานของนักศึกษา)
โครงการยังสะท้อนถึงการส่งเสริมความเท่าเทียมทางเพศและการเข้าถึงอย่างทั่วถึง โดยมีทั้งนักศึกษาหญิงและชายได้รับรางวัล สอดคล้องกับ SDG 5.5.1 และ SDG 10.2.1 รวมถึงการมีส่วนร่วมของผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสียและความร่วมมือกับภาคอุตสาหกรรม ตาม SDG 16.2.3 และ SDG 17.2.5
ในรอบการแข่งขันจริง นักศึกษาได้แสดงศักยภาพในการพูด ดึงดูดผู้ฟัง แก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้า และแสดงความมั่นใจบนเวที โดยมีผู้ชนะได้แก่ นางสาวนอร์จาฮายา บินตี้ ฮารุน (ศิลปศาสตร์), นายสรวิศ ทวีเชิดชัยทรัพย์ (นิเทศศาสตร์), นางสาวจันทร์จิรา ผลผลิตดอก (การท่องเที่ยวและการบริการ) และรางวัล Popular Vote ได้แก่ นายสรวิศ ทวีเชิดชัยทรัพย์
“MC SEARCH 2025” จึงเป็นกิจกรรมต้นแบบที่ตอบโจทย์เป้าหมายการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืนของมหาวิทยาลัยศรีปทุม ในการสร้างบัณฑิตคุณภาพที่มีความพร้อมทั้งทักษะ ความมั่นใจ และจิตวิญญาณผู้นำแห่งอนาคต
