Sripatum University (SPU) is leading efforts to promote sustainable development through cross-sectoral dialogues on the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). A prime example is the 18th National and 8th International Sripatum University Online Conference (SPUCON2023), hosted with 13 global partners from Italy, Russia, Mexico, and Thailand. Under the theme “Research and Innovations for Sustainable Development,” SPUCON2023 explored SDG-related topics like sustainable development and the circular economy through expert panels, workshops, and peer-reviewed research presentations. Additionally, SPU’s Vice President and Assistant President for Academic Affairs represented SPU at the Global Sustainable Development Congress 2024 at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center, engaging with global leaders on sustainability goals.
These initiatives embody SDG 17.2.2, reinforcing SPU’s commitment to impactful, multi-sector partnerships. By hosting and participating in these dialogues, SPU fosters collaboration, innovation, and shared knowledge to address global sustainability challenges.
มหาวิทยาลัยศรีปทุมเดินหน้าความร่วมมือ SDG ผ่านการประชุมข้ามภาคส่วนระดับโลก
มหาวิทยาลัยศรีปทุม (SPU) นำความพยายามในการส่งเสริมการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืนผ่านการสนทนาข้ามภาคส่วนเกี่ยวกับเป้าหมายการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน (SDGs) หนึ่งในตัวอย่างสำคัญคือ การประชุมออนไลน์ระดับชาติครั้งที่ 18 และระดับนานาชาติครั้งที่ 8 ของมหาวิทยาลัยศรีปทุม (SPUCON2023) ซึ่งร่วมจัดโดยพันธมิตรจาก 13 องค์กรทั่วโลกจากอิตาลี รัสเซีย เม็กซิโก และประเทศไทย ภายใต้ธีม “การวิจัยและนวัตกรรมเพื่อการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน” SPUCON2023 ได้เน้นหัวข้อที่เกี่ยวข้องกับ SDG เช่น การพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืนและเศรษฐกิจหมุนเวียน ผ่านการอภิปรายจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญ เวิร์กช็อป และการนำเสนองานวิจัยที่ผ่านการพิจารณาจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญ นอกจากนี้ รองอธิการบดีและผู้ช่วยอธิการบดีฝ่ายวิชาการของ SPU ยังเป็นตัวแทนเข้าร่วมงาน Global Sustainable Development Congress 2024 ที่ศูนย์การประชุมแห่งชาติสิริกิติ์ ซึ่งมีการจัดแสดงนิทรรศการและการสนทนากับผู้มีส่วนร่วมจากทั่วโลก
