Sripatum University (SPU) has launched the “Food Contaminant Awareness” program to educate students about the risks of chemical contamination in food and equip them with practical testing skills. Held at SPU’s chemistry lab, the program provides hands-on training to identify harmful substances in food products, aligning with SDG 3.9, which aims to reduce health hazards from chemicals and pollutants.
Through expert-led demonstrations and active student participation, the program increases awareness of food safety and encourages healthy, informed choices. By fostering critical skills and knowledge in students, SPU is contributing to a safer, health-conscious community and actively supporting sustainable health practices.

ม.ศรีปทุมเสริมสร้างทักษะนักศึกษาเพื่อความปลอดภัยในอาหารและป้องกันสารปนเปื้อนทางเคมี
มหาวิทยาลัยศรีปทุม (SPU) ได้จัดโครงการ “สารปนเปื้อนในอาหาร… อันตรายใกล้ตัว” เพื่อให้ความรู้แก่นักศึกษาเกี่ยวกับความเสี่ยงจากสารปนเปื้อนทางเคมีในอาหาร พร้อมทั้งเสริมทักษะการทดสอบสารปนเปื้อนในอาหารผ่านการลงมือปฏิบัติจริง โดยโครงการนี้จัดขึ้นที่ห้องปฏิบัติการเคมีของ SPU และสอดคล้องกับ SDG 3.9 ซึ่งมีเป้าหมายเพื่อลดความเสี่ยงด้านสุขภาพจากสารเคมีและมลพิษ
ด้วยการสาธิตจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญและการลงมือปฏิบัติของนักศึกษา โครงการนี้ช่วยเสริมสร้างความรู้ด้านความปลอดภัยของอาหารและกระตุ้นให้นักศึกษาเลือกบริโภคอย่างมีสุขภาพ ด้วยการเสริมสร้างทักษะและความรู้ที่สำคัญ SPU มีบทบาทในการสร้างชุมชนที่ปลอดภัยและใส่ใจสุขภาพ พร้อมสนับสนุนการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน
