From film sets and robot arenas to computer labs and a bakery studio, Sripatum University lets young people and teachers learn with real equipment, without enrolling.
Lifelong learning sits at the core of Sripatum University’s mission to be a learning hub for all ages. The Lifelong Learning Policy (Announcement 99/2565) directs every unit to share academic services and educational resources with anyone who wants to learn. This commitment runs through the Alpha Ready Roadmap in SPU’s Reinventing University plan, where flexible pathways, micro-credentials and non-degree certificates widen access to education.
In 2025–26, SPU’s faculties, colleges and units reported more than 690 learning activities open to the public, schools and communities, from free workshops and open houses to vocational training and outreach in local schools. A few examples show what this looks like on campus. At “Check Your DNA by SPUCA” in January 2026, the Film and Digital Media programme let secondary students direct and shoot short scenes on set with cinema-standard cameras, studio lighting and boom microphones, then edit their footage. At SPU Engineering Camp 2026, school and vocational students handled surveying instruments, structural models and laboratory equipment alongside lecturers. Campus halls also hosted the Robot & Drone Soccer Tournament for young competitors.
The School of Digital Media ran “Portfolio to Prototype”, a free workshop in a fully equipped computer lab where every participant received an e-certificate. SPU also opened its Bakery Studio as a community classroom for local school teachers, and its library welcomed visiting students. Online, the SPU-IR repository, SPU NEXT on YouTube and the ENSET-SME toolkit remain free for everyone.
At SPU, the best equipment is meant to be used, and shared.
The impact goes beyond a one-day visit. Teenagers try out careers with professional tools before they choose a university. Teachers take practical skills straight back to their classrooms. Communities gain open access to spaces and knowledge that would otherwise sit behind campus walls. With hundreds of activities spread across 28 faculties and units each year, open learning at SPU is a routine part of university life rather than an occasional event, and SPU will keep widening free, certified and equipment-rich learning so that more people can take their next step.
By putting cameras, robots, labs and digital collections in the hands of learners beyond its student body, Sripatum University makes lifelong learning real.

มหาวิทยาลัยศรีปทุม (SPU) ขับเคลื่อนพันธกิจการเป็นศูนย์กลางการเรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิตสำหรับคนทุกช่วงวัย ด้วยการเปิดพื้นที่และอุปกรณ์การเรียนรู้ให้บุคคลภายนอกเข้าถึงได้โดยไม่มีค่าใช้จ่าย การดำเนินงานตั้งอยู่บนประกาศ ปก.มศป.99/2565 นโยบายการส่งเสริม สนับสนุนการเรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิต ซึ่งกำหนดให้มหาวิทยาลัยให้บริการวิชาการและทรัพยากรทางการศึกษาที่ทุกคนเข้าถึงได้ แนวทางนี้สอดคล้องกับ Alpha Ready Roadmap ในแผนพลิกโฉมมหาวิทยาลัย ซึ่งเน้นเส้นทางการเรียนรู้ที่ยืดหยุ่น Micro-Credential และหลักสูตร Non-degree
ในปีการศึกษา 2568 คณะ วิทยาลัย และหน่วยงานต่าง ๆ รายงานกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ที่เปิดให้ประชาชน โรงเรียน และชุมชนเข้าร่วม ไม่น้อยกว่า 690 กิจกรรม ครอบคลุมทั้งเวิร์กช็อปฟรี กิจกรรมเปิดบ้าน การอบรมวิชาชีพ และการให้ความรู้ในโรงเรียนและชุมชน กิจกรรมเปิดบ้านและค่ายของหลายคณะเป็นการเรียนรู้แบบลงมือทำจริง ตัวอย่างเช่น
- คณะนิเทศศาสตร์: งาน “Check Your DNA by SPUCA” (24 ม.ค. 2569) สาขาภาพยนตร์และสื่อดิจิทัลเปิดเวิร์กช็อป “ตัวจริงสายหนัง” นักเรียนมัธยมได้สวมบทบาทผู้กำกับและทีมงาน ถ่ายทำจริงด้วยกล้องระดับ Cinema Standard ไฟสตูดิโอ และไมโครโฟนบูม ก่อนฝึกตัดต่อและเกรดสี
- คณะวิศวกรรมศาสตร์: SPU Engineering Camp 2026 นักเรียนมัธยมและอาชีวศึกษาได้ใช้กล้องสำรวจ โมเดลโครงสร้าง และเครื่องมือในห้องปฏิบัติการ ส่วนห้องประชุมบัวหลวงเป็นสนามแข่งขัน Robot & Drone Soccer Tournament 2025 ของเยาวชน
- คณะดิจิทัลมีเดีย: จัดเวิร์กช็อป “Portfolio to Prototype” ในห้อง Lab Computer อาคาร 11 โดยไม่มีค่าใช้จ่าย และผู้เข้าร่วมทุกคนได้รับ E-Certificate
- มหาวิทยาลัย: เปิด Bakery Studio เป็นห้องเรียนชุมชนให้คณะครูโรงเรียนบางบัว และสำนักหอสมุดต้อนรับนักศึกษาต่างสถาบัน
ด้านแหล่งเรียนรู้ออนไลน์ คลัง SPU-IR ช่อง SPU NEXT บน YouTube และเว็บไซต์ ENSET-SME เปิดให้ทุกคนใช้ได้ทุกที่ทุกเวลา

ผลลัพธ์ไม่ได้จบแค่การมาเยี่ยมชมหนึ่งวัน เยาวชนได้ทดลองเส้นทางอาชีพด้วยเครื่องมือระดับมืออาชีพก่อนเลือกเรียนต่อ ครูได้ทักษะที่นำกลับไปสอนได้ทันที และชุมชนได้เข้าถึงพื้นที่และองค์ความรู้ของมหาวิทยาลัย ด้วยกิจกรรมหลายร้อยรายการจาก 28 คณะและหน่วยงานในแต่ละปี การเปิดพื้นที่เรียนรู้ให้สังคมจึงเป็นงานประจำของมหาวิทยาลัย ไม่ใช่กิจกรรมเฉพาะครั้งคราว
การส่งกล้อง หุ่นยนต์ ห้องปฏิบัติการ และคลังความรู้ดิจิทัลถึงมือผู้เรียนนอกรั้วมหาวิทยาลัย ทำให้การเรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิตเกิดขึ้นได้จริง
