Sripatum University, through the Office of International Relations in collaboration with the Center for Cooperative Education and Career Development, hosted an insightful briefing on international scholarships and exchange programs specifically tailored for School of Digital Media students at SPU campus. The initiative aims to empower students to expand their global perspectives and prepare for international careers.
The atmosphere of the event was filled with enthusiasm and inspiration as students received practical guidance regarding overseas scholarship opportunities, academic readiness, language skills, and cultural adaptation. This initiative serves as a core mechanism in advancing SDG 4 Quality Education, particularly sub-goal 4.3 Lifelong learning measures and sub of sub-goal 4.3.2 Public events (lifelong learning) by creating open learning events beyond conventional classrooms.
Furthermore, career preparation facilitated by the Center for Cooperative Education aligns with practical skill development for global employment. This directly supports SDG 8 Decent Work and Economic Growth under sub-goal 8.4 Proportion of students taking work placements and sub of sub-goal 8.4.1 Proportion of students with work placements, ensuring students are well-equipped for international work placements and practical training.
