Sripatum University reinforces its mission to strengthen peace and justice through neutral platforms for dialogue and collaboration. The Faculty of Law has consistently hosted policy forums that unite academia, government, civil society, and the private sector to address social and legal challenges.
Highlights include the seminar “Sustainable Disability Employment for Entrepreneurs and People with Disabilities,” featuring Ashoka Fellow Preeda Limnontakul and energy policy expert Pattarapong Thepa. The event promoted inclusive employment frameworks and equitable economic participation.
Further, SPU collaborated with the Supreme Court in the “Mediation 2025” program and with the Central Labor Court on “HR Management Challenges in the IT Era.” Both initiatives provided safe environments for open discussion on conflict resolution, labor justice, and digital-era employment law.
Through these activities, SPU fosters respectful, evidence-based dialogue that bridges youth, professionals, and policymakers. The University’s neutral platforms nurture informed citizenship, strengthen institutional trust, and advance sustainable social transformation.

SPU ส่งเสริมเวทีสนทนาอย่างเป็นกลาง เพื่อพัฒนานโยบายและกฎหมายอย่างครอบคลุม
ที่มหาวิทยาลัยศรีปทุม การเปิดพื้นที่สนทนาอย่างเสรีคือพลังแห่งความยุติธรรม SPU มุ่งสร้างเวทีปลอดภัย ปราศจากอคติ เพื่อให้ทุกภาคส่วนได้ร่วมแลกเปลี่ยนความคิดเห็นและสร้างแนวทางแก้ไขสังคมอย่างเท่าเทียมและยั่งยืน
มหาวิทยาลัยศรีปทุมตอกย้ำพันธกิจด้านสันติภาพและความยุติธรรม ด้วยการจัดเวทีสนทนาอย่างเป็นกลางที่เปิดกว้างให้กับนักวิชาการ หน่วยงานรัฐ ภาคประชาสังคม และภาคธุรกิจ ตัวอย่างสำคัญคือการสัมมนา “การจ้างงานคนพิการอย่างยั่งยืนสำหรับผู้ประกอบการและคนพิการ” ซึ่งมีคุณปรีดา ลิ้มนนทกุล และคุณภัทรพงศ์ เทพา ร่วมแลกเปลี่ยนแนวคิดด้านกฎหมายและการจ้างงานอย่างครอบคลุม
นอกจากนี้ SPU ยังร่วมกับศาลฎีกาในโครงการ “Mediation 2025” และศาลแรงงานกลางในหัวข้อ “ความท้าทายด้านการบริหารทรัพยากรบุคคลในยุค IT” เพื่อเป็นพื้นที่ปลอดภัยในการอภิปรายเรื่องความยุติธรรมแรงงานและการระงับข้อพิพาทอย่างสันติ
กิจกรรมเหล่านี้สะท้อนบทบาทของ SPU ในการสร้างพื้นที่สนทนาอย่างเคารพซึ่งกันและกัน เชื่อมโยงคนรุ่นใหม่กับผู้เชี่ยวชาญ และเสริมสร้างความไว้วางใจในสถาบัน เพื่อขับเคลื่อนสังคมสู่ความยั่งยืน
