Through initiatives such as the “Mediation 2025” program with the Supreme Court, seminars with the Central Labor Court, and field visits to the Office of the Attorney General and North Bangkok District Court, SPU bridges academia with real-world justice systems. เสริมสร้างความรู้ทางกฎหมายเพื่อสังคมที่เป็นธรรม: ม.ศรีปทุมยกระดับศักยภาพผู้กำหนดนโยบายและนักนิติศาสตร์
ด้วยความร่วมมืออย่างใกล้ชิดกับหน่วยงานยุติธรรมและสถาบันกฎหมายชั้นนำของประเทศ มหาวิทยาลัยศรีปทุมเสริมพลังให้ผู้กำหนดนโยบาย เจ้าหน้าที่กระบวนการยุติธรรม และนักศึกษา ด้วยความรู้ ทักษะ และคุณธรรม เพื่อขับเคลื่อนสังคมที่เป็นธรรมและยั่งยืน
คณะนิติศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยศรีปทุม ได้มีบทบาทสำคัญในการยกระดับการเรียนรู้ทางกฎหมายและการสร้างขีดความสามารถด้านนโยบาย ผ่านกิจกรรมต่าง ๆ เช่น โครงการ “Mediation 2025” ร่วมกับศาลฎีกา สัมมนากับศาลแรงงานกลาง และการศึกษาดูงาน ณ สำนักงานอัยการสูงสุด และศาลแขวงพระนครเหนือ ซึ่งเป็นสะพานเชื่อมระหว่างสถาบันการศึกษาและกระบวนการยุติธรรมในโลกแห่งความจริง กิจกรรมเหล่านี้เปิดโอกาสให้นักศึกษา บุคลากรกฎหมาย และผู้กำหนดนโยบายได้แลกเปลี่ยนความคิดเห็นด้านกฎหมายแรงงาน การไกล่เกลี่ย สิทธิมนุษยชน และการบริหารความยุติธรรมในยุคดิจิทัล
นอกจากนี้ ยังมีกิจกรรมสัมมนาเรื่องการจ้างงานผู้พิการอย่างยั่งยืน ที่รวมภาคนโยบาย ภาคธุรกิจ และภาคประชาสังคม เพื่อสร้างกรอบกฎหมายที่เป็นธรรมและครอบคลุม รวมถึงการฝึกอบรมเทคโนโลยีปัญญาประดิษฐ์ (AI) สำหรับเจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจ ซึ่งเป็นการพัฒนาองค์ความรู้ด้านเทคโนโลยีในกระบวนการยุติธรรม
ด้วยการบูรณาการองค์ความรู้ การบริการวิชาการ และความร่วมมือกับภาครัฐและเอกชน ม.ศรีปทุม ยังคงมุ่งมั่นสร้างบุคลากรทางกฎหมายและผู้กำหนดนโยบายที่ยึดมั่นในความเป็นธรรม ความโปร่งใส และหลักนิติธรรม เพื่อการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืนของประเทศ
