Although private universities are not legally obligated to publish consolidated financial data publicly, SPU ensures full transparency through comprehensive annual audits performed under Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
The university’s audited financial statements are annually submitted to the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation (MHESI) and other authorized state agencies for verification. These independent audits confirm the accuracy, integrity, and financial sustainability of SPU’s operations. มหาวิทยาลัยศรีปทุม (SPU) แสดงถึงความมุ่งมั่นในการดำเนินงานอย่างโปร่งใสและมีธรรมาภิบาล ด้วยระบบการตรวจสอบทางการเงินที่เข้มงวดและเป็นไปตามมาตรฐานสากล
มหาวิทยาลัยศรีปทุม (SPU) ให้ความสำคัญกับความโปร่งใสและความถูกต้องทางการเงิน โดยดำเนินการตรวจสอบบัญชีประจำปีตามมาตรฐานการบัญชีที่รับรองทั่วไป (GAAP) และพระราชบัญญัติสถาบันอุดมศึกษาเอกชนแห่งประเทศไทย แม้มิได้มีข้อบังคับให้เผยแพร่รายงานทางการเงินต่อสาธารณะ แต่ SPU ได้ส่งรายงานผลการตรวจสอบทางการเงินให้กระทรวงการอุดมศึกษา วิทยาศาสตร์ วิจัยและนวัตกรรม (อว.) และหน่วยงานรัฐที่เกี่ยวข้องตรวจสอบทุกปี เพื่อยืนยันถึงความถูกต้อง ความมั่นคง และความโปร่งใสในการบริหารจัดการทางการเงิน กระบวนการดังกล่าวตอกย้ำความเชื่อมั่นจากผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสียและสะท้อนถึงความมุ่งมั่นของมหาวิทยาลัยในการบริหารจัดการอย่างมีคุณธรรมและความยั่งยืน
