This report covers the 2025\/26 academic year (1 August 2025 \u2013 31 July 2026). The Alpha Ready Roadmap treats SPU as a lifelong-learning platform for people of all ages.<\/p>\n<p>The Policy on Promoting and Supporting Lifelong Learning (Announcement No. 99\/2565) puts that aim into practice. It guarantees equal access to learning regardless of ethnicity, religion, disability, migration status, gender, age or personal status. It also opens academic services, e-learning, library resources and hybrid learning to people outside the university. The policy is reviewed every year through SPU&#8217;s internal quality assurance cycle.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Open resources and open events.<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Secondary students joined the free &#8220;Portfolio to Prototype&#8221; workshop in an SPU computer lab and left with an e-certificate.<\/li>\n<li>SPU MOOC courses on Thai MOOC stay open to anyone who wants to learn.<\/li>\n<li>At open houses and camps, school students filmed with cinema-standard cameras, used surveying instruments, built structural models, and competed with robots and drones on campus.<\/li>\n<li>Local teachers trained in the SPU Bakery Studio.<\/li>\n<li>The SPU-IR repository, the SPU NEXT channel on YouTube and the ENSET-SME toolkit keep learning materials free online.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Public events ran all year:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>CEO Talk lectures by business and public leaders, including &#8220;AI for Executive&#8221; (May 2026) and good governance for school leaders (July 2026).<\/li>\n<li>The Regional Supply Chain Roundtable on Zoom and YouTube.<\/li>\n<li>The School of Law&#8217;s &#8220;Election 69&#8221; forum on education policy (January 2026), with the Equitable Education Fund, youth councils, teachers and political parties.<\/li>\n<li>An Engineering seminar on ISO 9001 digital transformation (November 2025).<\/li>\n<li>Cultural festivals open to visitors.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Skills for work and learning beyond campus.<\/strong> Faculties offered vocational and executive training to people who are not SPU students:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Non-degree certificates under the national &#8220;New Graduate&#8221; scheme, in AI, warehouse robotics and virtual tour guiding.<\/li>\n<li>BOI STEM++ &#8220;AI Automation for Productivity&#8221;.<\/li>\n<li>&#8220;Leading with Data&#8221; for executives, with True Digital Academy.<\/li>\n<li>DGA101 digital skills for civil servants.<\/li>\n<li>CPD courses for accountants.<\/li>\n<li>Smart Leadership for Industry 5.0 in Chonburi.<\/li>\n<li>AI for Tax Officers with the Revenue Department.<\/li>\n<li>AI for women entrepreneurs.<\/li>\n<li>Electrical safety training for industry workers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Outreach carried learning to where people live and study:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Accountancy&#8217;s ACC SPU AI Check-in for foundation-supported youth, and the student-led &#8220;Go Back Give Back&#8221;.<\/li>\n<li>English and Chinese club classes at Bang Bua School.<\/li>\n<li>AI and digital-content workshops for older residents of Bang Bua and Wat Bot.<\/li>\n<li>STEM and STEAM training for Chonburi teachers.<\/li>\n<li>AI and game-design sessions in partner schools.<\/li>\n<li>The GreenTech Gen Z Challenge for secondary students.<\/li>\n<li>Senior SPU students teaching languages at Chonburi Sukhabot School.<\/li>\n<li>An elderly-learning school with Na Pa Municipality.<\/li>\n<li>The annual &#8220;SPU Brings Happiness to the Community&#8221;.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Together, these strands remove cost, distance and age as barriers to learning. Because the work is built into faculty plans and recorded publicly, it repeats every year.
