As a private institution under the Private Higher Education Institutions Act B.E. 2546, Sripatum University (SPU) prepares annual financial statements for all its funds following generally accepted accounting principles. The University Council approves the financial plan and the annual statements. This approach reflects the &#8220;Transparent Governance for Smart Organization&#8221; direction of SPU&#8217;s Excellence Development Plan 2026\u20132030 (Alpha Ready Roadmap).<\/p>\n<p>The University Council appoints a licensed independent auditor every year. The auditor has full authority to examine accounts and documents and to question executives and staff. The President then presents the audited statements to the Council. As a private university, SPU is not legally required to publish its full financial statements. Even so, for public accountability and transparency, its audited financial reports and the auditor&#8217;s report go to the Office of the Permanent Secretary of MHESI and other authorised agencies every year, and they verify the institution&#8217;s financial probity and viability. In October 2025, SPU&#8217;s institutional Internal Quality Assessment, carried out by experts from several universities, reviewed governance and institutional management and rated the university &#8220;very good&#8221;. Students also receive clear financial communication, such as the Finance Office&#8217;s tuition installment measure for Semester 1\/2025.<\/p>\n<blockquote style=\"border-left: 6px solid #29ABE2; border-image: linear-gradient(to bottom, #29ABE2, #E6007E) 1; padding: 8px 0 8px 56px; font-size: 28px; line-height: 1.4; margin: 28px 0;\"><p>Independent audit, Council approval and state verification keep SPU&#8217;s finances sound and verifiable.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>These independent checks protect students, families and partners. They help ensure that tuition and other income are managed with integrity and put back into learning, research and campus life.
