The Information and Communication Technology Center (ICT Center), Sripatum University, is driving workforce development through the \u201cEnhancing University Work Efficiency through Low Code and AI with Microsoft Power Platform\u201d project. The initiative aims to empower university staff to use digital technologies to redesign and improve their own work processes in practical ways.<\/p>\n

Organized by the SPU ICT Center, the project was delivered through onsite workshops on January 23 and 30, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with 60 faculty members and staff participating. The participants included 56 from the Bang Khen campus, two from the Chonburi campus, and two from the Khon Kaen campus.<\/p>\n

By enabling staff to build practical digital tools for their own work, the initiative aims to reduce unnecessary workload, improve data accuracy, and strengthen connections between systems.<\/p>\n

The initiative reflects SDG 4: Quality Education<\/strong>, particularly 4.3 Lifelong Learning Measures<\/strong> and 4.3.3 Vocational Training<\/strong>, by providing opportunities for staff to continuously develop skills that can be directly applied in their professional roles.<\/p>\n

Importantly, the project also creates a pathway for knowledge to spread beyond the initial training. Participants are expected to support future cohorts as trainers, assistant trainers, or coaches, turning individual learning into a sustainable internal learning network.<\/p>\n

Through this initiative, the SPU ICT Center is developing both the tools and the people needed for digital transformation\u2014enabling staff to work more efficiently, adapt to emerging technologies, and contribute to SPU\u2019s journey toward becoming a smarter and more sustainable digital organization.<\/p>\n
