Sripatum University Partners with Health and Tech Industry Leaders to Transform Youth Passion for Gaming into Future-Ready Creative Careers at Hua Hin Witthayalai School<\/p>\n

Learning extends far beyond traditional university walls. Faculty members and students from the Interactive and Game Design Department, School of Digital Media, Sripatum University, traveled to Hua Hin Witthayalai School in Prachuap Khiri Khan Province to conduct an immersive hands-on Workshop on Game & Character Design. Equipped with cutting-edge IT devices, SPU faculty and students mentored high school pupils from basic design concepts to hands-on character creation. This initiative directly reflects SDG 4 Quality Education, specifically sub-goal SDG 4.3 Lifelong learning measures, and sub of sub-goal SDG 4.3.4 Education outreach activities beyond campus.<\/p>\n
The workshop fostered creativity, digital career guidance, and responsible AI usage. Mindful of youth health and well-being, the project collaborated with pediatric experts from San Paolo Hua Hin Hospital to integrate child health literacy into youth engagement, aligning with SDG 3 Good Health and Well-being under sub-goal SDG 3.3 Collaborations and health services and sub of sub-goal SDG 3.3.2 Health outreach programmes.<\/p>\n
This impactful outreach was made possible through cross-sector collaboration with Com7 Public Company Limited, providing state-of-the-art Apple technology and equipment. This partnership embodies SDG 17 Partnerships for the Goals, explicitly sub-goal SDG 17.2 Relationships to support the goals and sub of sub-goal SDG 17.2.5 Collaboration with NGOs for SDGs, illustrating how academia and industry unite to empower local communities.<\/p>\n
This activity served as a critical stepping stone in opening career pathways in the digital creative industry for Thai youth, equipping them with future skills and sustainable inspiration.
