This policy directs all faculties to actively involve community representatives, local government agencies, private enterprises, and civil society organizations in program development, research, and outreach.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Through inclusive mechanisms such as stakeholder mapping, community consultations, and collaborative planning, SPU ensures that local perspectives shape its academic and social initiatives.
