By reusing the original structure and footprint, the project minimized land take and construction waste while accelerating delivery of new learning spaces.<br data-start=\"1646\" data-end=\"1649\" \/>The Office of Buildings and Facilities led the adaptive-reuse design, opening collaborative studios, informal learning areas, and flexible rooms that support cross-disciplinary work.
