The initiative includes university-managed residences, such as eight condominium units at Bangpakong Thani and three homes at the California Grande View community, offered at subsidized or no cost for staff.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To further ease the path to home ownership, SPU provides internal loan schemes that grant up to 180,000 THB for purchasing, constructing, or renovating homes. In collaboration with the Government Housing Bank (GHB), staff members can also access special low-interest mortgage packages under a welfare partnership that supports financial stability and equality.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This multifaceted approach reflects SPU\u2019s mission to create a sustainable workplace culture that values dignity, equity, and well-being.
