These views help faculties quickly spot signals of a gap and coordinate timely support. When the data indicate risk, Student Affairs and faculties activate mentoring, tutoring and advising clinics, and they track the impact through the same BI views. By centring decisions on trusted data rather than assumptions, SPU directs resources to students who need them most and monitors improvement over time\u2014without disclosing sensitive
