At Sripatum University (SPU), non-discrimination is more than a statement\u2014it is a living practice that empowers women to learn, lead, and thrive.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

SPU\u2019s student governance openly communicates a non-discrimination stance that protects all genders, including women in every role of campus life. This culture is visible in \u201cLOVE IS EQUALITY,\u201d where students celebrate gender diversity and human rights through creative performances, inclusive parades, \"\"and peer-led advocacy. Health equity complements cultural change: the Center for Wellness hosts regular, no-cost reproductive health services\u2014such as HPV and HIV screenings\u2014delivered by licensed partners on campus, alongside counseling and prevention campaigns. For staff and faculty, SPU provides equal access to comprehensive annual health checks, influenza\/H1N1 vaccinations, and mental-health seminars. Inclusive employment initiatives further ensure women with disabilities gain fair training opportunities and dignified work. Together, these actions turn policy into daily protection, support, and opportunity.<\/p>\n
