First, mentoring: female faculty, alumnae, and industry partners lead course-integrated seminars, bootcamps, and leadership pipelines\u2014such as alumna-led inspiration sessions in Accountancy and peer-mentoring structures at SPU Chonburi\u2014providing academic coaching, career guidance, and networks. Second, scholarships: dedicated awards and fee-waiver options prioritise women and applicants from underrepresented regions and low-income backgrounds, including focused support for Thailand\u2019s southern border provinces and international applicants. Third, other provisions: flexible, low-cost short courses, online CPD, and cross-border upskilling (e.g., AI in Accounting, SAP ERP, Data Analytics) reduce time, travel, and caregiving constraints for working women. These initiatives are\u00a0publicly announced on SPU\u2019s scholarship and faculty webpages with documented cohorts and outcomes.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1278\" data-end=\"1449\"><strong><em>By
