Owned by Admissions and Student Affairs, the policy mandates targeted outreach to prospective female students\u2014especially in under-represented fields\u2014transparent scholarship and fee-support communications, mentoring, and complaint\/repair routes with named owners. Implementation is tracked via gender-disaggregated dashboards for applications, offers, entry, and participation. First issued in 2023, the next full revision is scheduled for 2026 to maintain continuous improvement. On the ground, faculties actively showcase inclusive learning environments, with events and workshops that highlight women\u2019s voices and participation, providing vivid evidence of the policy in
