The target is embedded in unit plans and monitored each term. To deliver it, SPU runs a cohesive success pipeline: proactive advising and early-alert outreach; free tutoring and study-skills workshops; peer-mentoring cohorts; emergency micro-grants and fee deferrals; access to paid campus jobs and internships; mental-health referral pathways; and final-year graduation coaching.<\/p>\n<p>Progression\/completion dashboards track SLF-eligible students, enabling timely interventions.
