Since 2022, Sripatum University (SPU)<\/strong> showcased its dedication to sustainable development and regional collaboration as Dr. Vorasuang Duangchinda<\/strong>, Director of SPU’s Office of Online Education, served as Special Advisor and Technical Expert in Digitalization in Higher Education to the ASEAN University Network (AUN) Secretariat. This initiative aligns with SDGs 4, 16, and 17, specifically targeting SDG 16.3.1 by fostering the rule of law through education policy guidance and supporting SPU’s commitment to quality education (SDG 4) and impactful partnerships (SDG 17).<\/p>\n

Dr. Vorasuang\u2019s advisory role strengthens the AUN\u2019s mission to enhance digital education across Southeast Asia, providing strategic insight into creating accessible, high-quality educational systems that promote justice and social inclusion. His contributions to AUN address SDG 16.3 by supporting transparent and accountable governance through policy advice, helping AUN shape responsive educational policies that foster equality and access to knowledge. This commitment to educational quality reflects SDG 4.3\u2019s emphasis on equitable access to lifelong learning, empowering ASEAN\u2019s learners to become active and informed global citizens.<\/p>\n

Further, SPU\u2019s role underscores the importance of partnerships, aligned with SDG 17. SPU\u2019s collaboration with AUN exemplifies how cross-sector alliances can drive positive change by addressing shared goals and leveraging resources to enhance educational systems across the ASEAN region. By prioritizing accessible digital education and inclusive policymaking, SPU not only strengthens regional capacity but also builds a model for effective partnerships that address critical social issues and reinforce sustainable development.<\/p>\n
