Sripatum University in association with the Royal Police Cadet Academy, under the coordination of the Immigration Division 1 Office, organized 3 day English camp from 1-3 November 2014 in Nakhon Pathom. This program was created with a shared aim in developing students’ skills and capacities, especially for the cadets to practice their English communication with SPU students. The participants of 61 students included international students from Sripatum international college, students from School of Liberal Arts, and 35 students from the Royal Police Cadet Academy. The program started by the visit of faculty members and students from the Royal Police Cadet Academy to the Sripatum University campus on the first day, with a warm welcome from SPU faculty members and students led by Dr. Khosak Achawakorn, Director of Sripatum International College. The fun activity was arranged for students to get to know each other, followed by campus tour, before moving to the Royal Police Cadet Academy located in Nakho n Pathom, and stayed there for the rest of the program. At the camp, students had the great opportunity to take advantage and enjoy all activities such as martial arts training, game stations, as well as field trips, which provided them not only the benefits on student language proficiency and cultural exchange, but also a chance in making friends among students from different countries and from the two institutions.
