Graduates of all levels who cannot attend the graduation ceremony and wish to participate in the next
graduation ceremony, can proceed to the following:

1.1. Graduates make a request to participate in the next graduation ceremony but in not more than 1 academic
year.
1.2. Graduates submit a request form with evidence at their faculty within 10 working days from the
graduation ceremony.
