“Building expertise in logistics and supply chain management”
The Logistics and Supply Chain Management program at Sripatum University has designed cutting-edge teaching processes and media. It works with specialized agencies that specialize in research and provide advice on improving logistics and supply chain systems, such as the Supply Chain Academy. It has a system for measuring learning outcomes with tangible results, and the curriculum is managed by leading academics and practitioners in the country (see program highlights). This is due to the readiness and excellence in the various aspects mentioned above.
Course Structure
Type 1.1 is a thesis-only study.
60 credit thesis
Focus on developing doctoral graduates to become leaders (Leaders) both academically and practically, to be thinkers (Thinkers), practitioners (Practitioners), problem solvers (Problem Solver) and presenters (Presenters) or “Think, Do, Present” with tangible results and internationally recognized.
– It is a university that is complete in research and teaching in this field of study, offering a full range of doctoral, master’s and bachelor’s degrees.
– The curriculum focuses more on supply chain management than logistics engineering.
– The learning process and assessment are designed to be modern and international, but the teaching is in Thai, which helps students to have a thorough understanding of the subject content. However, students must pass the English language assessment before graduation.
– Emphasis on applying modern theories to real work through modern and interesting media and teaching techniques such as Business Game, e-Learning, case studies from international academic journals, seminars, supply chain simulation games, real work improvement projects, etc.
– There are Guest Speakers who are senior executives from leading organizations who give special lectures from real experiences in every subject.
– Course Work assessment focuses on demonstrating academic abilities that can be applied in practice with tangible results, such as in every subject, students must write articles published in various journals, as well as conduct projects to diagnose and improve work in real business, etc.
