It can be said that they are excellent alumni of the Faculty of Law, Sripatum University, who have passed it on from generation to generation, for Mr. Suksan Yasasin and his son, Mr. Nattawat Yasasin, owners of Chayo Group Company Limited (Public Company), a company that manages non-performing assets and provides debt collection services, which has been in business for more than 20 years with a broad vision.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Which both father Aun and Nong Tuang chose to study for a second degree at the Faculty of Law, Sripatum University because they were confident in the curriculum and the carefully selected teachers, so it can be said that it is a very good source of knowledge.<\/p>

\u201cBecause the company I work for requires legal knowledge, but I didn\u2019t graduate directly from it, so I wanted to learn more. Before I decided to come to study at SPU, I did quite a bit of homework. I started by looking at the courses offered, then checking who the professors were and where they came from. There were judges and chief justices, people who were really involved with the law and had real experiences in various fields that could be used to teach us. That made me dare to come and study here.<\/p>

When I started studying, I liked it even more because the teacher taught very well. He emphasized facts for discussion, not just teaching in a casual manner. He cared about everyone. He gave examples of cases that had already been judged as case studies, which made it easier to visualize. Importantly, the teacher always emphasized that students must understand the purpose of each law. What is the purpose of each law? What is it to enforce? How must it be developed to be amended? These are things that we can use directly when we read the laws that the government issues. Then we will know that Sripatum teaches us to read the law and understand the law for sure.<\/p>

As for my son, Nong Tuang, he chose it himself. He only came to ask for a little bit of advice. The rest he did was compare information from many places himself. In the end, he ended up at Sripathum University,” said Mr. Suksan.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Khun Aun: Our company mainly uses the law. When we got to study more, it made our work easier. We thoroughly understood the laws, knew what to do in this case, how to handle it, and which laws to use. But the laws that we use the most are laws related to debt because we do business in debt collection. Therefore, we need to know the process. Nowadays, whenever we encounter a problem or something we don\u2019t understand, we still send a message to the teacher. He is still kind and always updates us with new legal information. In other words, we gain knowledge and also connections. It\u2019s fun. I\u2019d like you to try studying here.

Khun Tuang: I think that the knowledge I have gained can be applied and developed further for our company because it is quite straightforward. We have to accept that nowadays, the law covers our whole life, from birth to death. At our company, we teach rights and duties to all employees. My father and I graduated from the same school, so we always share information like father and son. It\u2019s fun. For me, law at Sripatum is a good thing that is not hard to find. If we choose correctly, we will find the right one.

Khun Aun: The highlight of the Faculty of Law, besides recruiting excellent teachers for us to learn from real people, along with real experiences from teachers that allow us to use what we learn to the utmost benefit, is the administrators themselves are also an important part. They have a broad and outstanding vision, allowing us to have a modern curriculum that has become number 1. For anyone who wants to study law, I recommend Sripatum.<\/p>
