Mr. Okoye Chukwuemeka (Richard), a fourth-year student majoring in International Business Management is taking part in a cooperative education program as an assistant restaurant manager. He works in 60 Plus Bakery and Chocolate Cafe under Mr. Sunthorn Nowarat who is a project manager from Asia-Pacific Development Center on Disability (APCD).
Mr. Sunthorn said that our student is deligent, a fast learner and kind hearted. He works well with the disabled and others both inside and outside the organization. Mr. Sunthorn and the organization are pleased to support the student to be successful in his career within the hospitality field. Meanwhile, the student is assigned to be a presenter of the restuarant helping to promote the restaurant, including being a part of TV shows such as Supta Pa Talui (Ep. Ms. Panadda Wongpoodee).
 
His duties also include operational control from recipe creation, sales-related calculations to promotional campaigns. Furthermore, he takes care of the disabled workers and trains them on how to make sweets and chocolate.
