Ms. Yang Dongxia (Yolanda), a student from International Business Management Program is a Sales & Marketing trainee at Centara Grand at Central Plaza Ladprao Bangkok, under K.Caroline Shen (Director of Sales & Marketing).

Ms. Yang Dongxia (Yolanda) is responsible for the daily and weekly report for department meetings, updating information on customers meeting. She also acts as a supporting staff at various events of the hotel as well as co-filmed the video to encourage the Chinese during the Covid-19 epidemic.

K.Caroline Shen shared that Ms. Yang Dongxia (Yolanda) is a fast learner, good at English language, and flexible. Her communication skills has improved a lot over this past month. K. Caroline plans to provide the student with comprehensive knowledge about S&M department and support the student to be successful in this field of work.
