also to identify organizational challenges and develop practical solutions.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Supawadee Supasawat<\/strong>, a student from the School of Information Technology at Sripatum University, demonstrated this approach by designing and developing <strong>\u201cDigital Intern Hub\u201d<\/strong>, a web-based internship management platform built on <strong>Microsoft SharePoint<\/strong> during her placement at <strong>Hino Motors Manufacturing (Thailand) Ltd.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The project addresses the challenge of fragmented internship information and management processes by creating a centralized digital workspace designed to improve information accessibility, support learning, and facilitate internship administration.<\/p>\n<p>The platform incorporates four core functions:<\/p>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>\n<p><strong>Onboarding:<\/strong> Centralizing orientation information and essential resources for new interns.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><strong>Access &amp; Learning:<\/strong> Providing convenient access to documents, information, and learning materials.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><strong>Project Management:<\/strong> Supporting project coordination, progress tracking, and deliverable management.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><strong>Evaluation:<\/strong> Facilitating the monitoring and assessment of internship performance.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>By utilizing <strong>Microsoft SharePoint<\/strong> within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, the student applied practical knowledge of web development, information architecture, digital workplace tools, and user-centered process design to a genuine organizational requirement.<\/p>\n<p>Throughout the placement, <strong>Ajarn Sirirat Matchimadilok<\/strong> served as the cooperative education supervisor,
