Management at Mogen Co., Ltd.<\/p>\n<p>Imagine an e-commerce business receiving 100 orders across Shopee and Lazada in a single morning. Staff must check orders, switch between platforms, and reconcile inventory records. Repetitive manual processes can consume valuable time and increase the risk of operational errors.<\/p>\n<p>What if orders from multiple marketplaces could be imported into one central system with a single click?<\/p>\n<p>This practical challenge became a learning opportunity for <strong>Sing Theerasak and Saenkaew Sudmuk<\/strong>, students from the Information and Communication Technology Program, School of Information Technology, Sripatum University, during their internship at <strong>Mogen Co., Ltd., Lam Luk Ka, Pathum Thani<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>On <strong>23 September 2026<\/strong>, <strong>Dr. Suppharuek Chuthongchai<\/strong> conducted an internship supervision visit to monitor the students&#8217; progress and workplace learning. A key project developed by the students was the <strong>Marketplace Management Hub<\/strong>, a software solution designed to centralize marketplace orders and inventory information.<\/p>\n<p>Using <strong>Application Programming Interfaces (APIs)<\/strong>, the students connected <strong>Shopee and Lazada<\/strong> with <strong>Odoo<\/strong>, enabling the enterprise system to serve as a central platform for managing orders and inventory information across sales channels.<\/p>\n<p>The system&#8217;s <strong>\u201cImport Order\u201d<\/strong> feature allows users to retrieve order details automatically, reducing repetitive data entry and supporting more consistent inventory management.<\/p>\n<p>By integrating previously separate workflows, the solution has the potential to reduce manual workload, minimize data-entry errors, and improve operational coordination. However, quantitative evidence of actual time or cost savings has not yet been provided.<\/p>\n<p>Beyond software development, the internship allowed students to experience the complete process of solving a real business problem, from understanding organizational requirements and designing API connections to developing a practical digital solution.<\/p>\n<p>The project relates to <strong>SDG 4, Target 4.4<\/strong>, through technical and vocational skill development; <strong>SDG 8, Target 8.2<\/strong>, through technology-enabled productivity improvements; and <strong>SDG 9, Target 9.4<\/strong>, through the potential to improve business process efficiency.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The real achievement is not simply importing orders with one click.
