In terms of professional work, there will be colleagues from different cultures in ASEAN. Engineers must work in a way that supports each other, use opportunities to their advantage, and do not necessarily have to compete with each other. They must have flexible thinking, have good communication skills, including language use, and most importantly, be able to learn by themselves in various fields that change and are diverse. This is lifelong learning.<\/span><br \/>\n <span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">For the AEC International Engineering Work Permit Agreement, the ACPE Permit, or ASEAN KW, will be created.
