College of Tourism and Hospitality organized a team development project for the academic year 2018.
\n Between 19 April – 21 April 2019 in Myanmar
\n With the following daily activities:<\/p>\n

Day 1: Team Development Committee, 61st Science and Technology Development Agency in Myanmar<\/p>\n

Bangkok-Yangon-Syriam-National Museum-Chao Htat Gyi-Team gathering<\/p>\n

-Fly to Yangon, Burma with Nok Air.
\n – Depart for the city of Siriam to see the unique beauty of the city, which used to be a port city of the Portuguese in ancient times.
\n – Take a rowboat to see the pagoda in the middle of the water or Kyaik Hwaw Wun Pagoda.
\n Pay homage and ask for blessings from Phra Chok Bat or Phra Upakut, who is respected by the Burmese people.
\n – Visit the National Museum of Burma and see the real Throne of Kings from Mandalay.
\n – Worship the Kyauk Htatgyi Buddha or the Sweet-Eyed Reclining Buddha.
\n Worship the reclining Buddha statue, which is 55 feet long and 16 feet high, which is the most beautiful Buddha statue.
\n The eyelashes are beautiful. The feet have 108 auspicious symbols and the feet are stacked, which is different from Thai art.
\n – Visit Ngatatgyi Pagoda, which has a beautiful Burmese-style meditation Buddha statue, which is as high as a five-story building.
\n – Gathering of the Science and Technology team to celebrate success and cooperation in working together with full strength and full capability. <\/p>\n

Day 2: Team Development Committee, 61st Science and Technology Development Agency in Myanmar<\/p>\n

Sule Pagoda – Botahtaung Pagoda – Thep Thanjai – Thep Kasip – Maha Wichaya Pagoda
\n -Shwedagon Pagoda-Bogyoke Market<\/p>\n

-See the Sule Pagoda, an octagonal golden pagoda (Sule Pagoda)
\nStanding at 157 feet tall, it stands in the heart of Yangon.
\n-Visit the Botahtaung Pagoda, a pagoda built to receive the hair relics before they are enshrined.
\nIn Shwedagon Pagoda
\n– Pay respect and ask for blessings from the God Than Jai, who is located at the pavilion by the water beside the Botahtaung Pagoda. The Burmese believe that
\nNo matter where a pagoda is built, there must be a deity to protect and look after the pagoda. And of course,
\nThis Thep Than Jai is the deity that protects the Botahtaung Pagoda, which is very popular among tourists.
\nBecause it is believed that whatever one prays for will be granted quickly, just like the saying “Thep Than Jai”.
\n– Pay respect and ask for blessings from the Whispering God, who is located opposite the Botatong Pagoda. The Whispering God is the daughter of
\nThe Naga have great faith in Buddhism. It is believed that if you whisper your wishes, they will have their wishes fulfilled.
\n– Pay homage to the Mahavijaya Pagoda, which is located next to the Shwedagon Pagoda. It is a beautiful pagoda.
\nInside the pagoda there are paintings of the 12 zodiac signs.
\n-Worship the Shwedagon Pagoda, the national pagoda of Myanmar.
\nInside the Great Stupa are enshrined 8 strands of Buddha’s hair.
\nBecause of the belief and faith of the Burmese people in the pagoda
\nThe pagoda is often donated with gems and valuables, making it beautiful with its decorations.
\nThere are more than 5,000 valuable items. The lower part around the pagoda is where many Buddha images are enshrined.
\nAnd there are beautiful wood carvings decorating it, in addition to the beauty of the pagoda itself.
\nAround the Shwedagon Pagoda are also sacred objects worth worshipping.
\nIncluding pouring water on the Buddha image and animals symbolizing your birth day for good luck and success in life.
\n-Shopping for souvenirs and gifts at Bogyoke Market, the largest market in Myanmar.<\/p>\n

Day 3: Team Development Committee, 61st Science and Technology Development Agency in Myanmar<\/p>\n

General Aung San Museum-The Secretariat-Buddha’s Tooth Relic-Marble Buddha-Wat Phra Barami<\/p>\n

-Visit the museum and historical attractions: General Aung San Museum
\n Formerly the home of General Aung San and his family, a hero of the Burmese people.
\n He was the father of Aung San Suu Kyi before General Aung San was assassinated.
\n Inside the museum, various items and utensils are arranged as they were when General Aung San was still alive.
\n – Visit The Secretariat or the old office building of Yangon or the Secretariat Office
\n Ministry Office or Ministerial Building, see the room and learn about the history of General Aung San.
\n And six other members of parliament were assassinated 68 years ago.
\n – Pay homage to the Buddha’s tooth relic and the marble Buddha, which are the largest Buddha statues carved from marble in Burma.
\n -Travel back to Bangkok safely with good memories.<\/p>\n
