Students of the Aviation Business Program, Faculty of Liberal Arts, Sripatum University, were given a tough lesson on \u201cHow to provide service that will impress customers.\u201d The purpose was to enhance customer service skills and to resolve situations in which customers complain or are not satisfied, turning them into something that will impress.
