{"id":21720,"date":"2022-09-29T02:49:29","date_gmt":"2022-09-28T19:49:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.spu.ac.th\/fac\/business\/rcep%ef%bc%8c%e4%b8%96%e7%95%8c%e4%b8%8a%e6%9c%80%e5%a4%a7%e7%9a%84%e8%87%aa%e7%94%b1%e8%b4%b8%e6%98%93%e5%8c%ba%e3%80%82\/"},"modified":"2022-09-29T02:49:29","modified_gmt":"2022-09-28T19:49:29","slug":"rcep%ef%bc%8c%e4%b8%96%e7%95%8c%e4%b8%8a%e6%9c%80%e5%a4%a7%e7%9a%84%e8%87%aa%e7%94%b1%e8%b4%b8%e6%98%93%e5%8c%ba%e3%80%82","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.spu.ac.th\/fac\/business\/zh-hans\/rcep%ef%bc%8c%e4%b8%96%e7%95%8c%e4%b8%8a%e6%9c%80%e5%a4%a7%e7%9a%84%e8%87%aa%e7%94%b1%e8%b4%b8%e6%98%93%e5%8c%ba%e3%80%82\/","title":{"rendered":"RCEP\uff0c\u4e16\u754c\u4e0a\u6700\u5927\u7684\u81ea\u7531\u8d38\u6613\u533a\u3002"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>RCEP\uff0c\u4e16\u754c\u4e0a\u6700\u5927\u7684\u81ea\u7531\u8d38\u6613\u533a\u3002<\/h2>\n<p><strong>RCEP \uff08\u533a\u57df\u5168\u9762\u7ecf\u6d4e\u4f19\u4f34\u5173\u7cfb\u534f\u5b9a\uff09 \uff08RCEP\uff09 \u662f<\/strong> \u533a\u57df\u7ecf\u6d4e\u4f19\u4f34\u5173\u7cfb\u534f\u5b9a\u7531 16 \u4e2a\u6210\u5458\u56fd\u7ec4\u6210\uff0c\u5305\u62ec 10 \u4e2a\u4e1c\u76df\u56fd\u5bb6\u3001\u4e2d\u56fd\u3001\u65e5\u672c\u3001\u97e9\u56fd\u3001\u5370\u5ea6\u3001\u6fb3\u5927\u5229\u4e9a\u548c\u65b0\u897f\u5170\u3002\u5982\u679c RCEP \u751f\u6548\uff0c\u5b83\u5c06\u6210\u4e3a\u4e16\u754c\u4e0a\u6700\u5927\u7684\u81ea\u7531\u8d38\u6613\u533a\u3002\u8c08\u5224\u4e8e 2012 \u5e74\u5728\u67ec\u57d4\u5be8\u4e3e\u884c\u7684\u4e1c\u76df\u4f1a\u8bae\u4e0a\u6b63\u5f0f\u5f00\u59cb\uff0c\u4e0a\u4e00\u6b21\u662f\u5728\u4e1c\u76df\u5cf0\u4f1a\u4e0a\u3002\u7b2c 35 \u5c4a\u6cf0\u56fd\u4e3b\u529e\u4e862019 \u5e74 11 \u6708 3 \u65e5\uff0c\u53d6\u5f97\u4e86\u5f88\u5927\u8fdb\u5c55\uff0c\u4f46\u7531\u4e8e\u5370\u5ea6\u5c1a\u672a\u8fbe\u6210\u4e00\u81f4\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u672a\u80fd\u5171\u540c\u7b7e\u7f72\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>\u8fd9 3 \u4e2a\u5173\u952e\u70b9\u662f\uff1a<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>1. \u6765\u81ea\u4e2d\u56fd\u548c\u5176\u4ed6\u56fd\u5bb6\u7684\u5546\u54c1\u5c06\u6d41\u5165\u5370\u5ea6<\/strong> -\u5370\u5ea6\u62c5\u5fc3\u6765\u81ea\u4e2d\u56fd\u7684\u5546\u54c1\uff0c\u5982\u94a2\u94c1\u3001\u7eba\u7ec7\u54c1\u3001\u6c7d\u8f66\u96f6\u90e8\u4ef6\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u6765\u81ea\u5176\u4ed6\u56fd\u5bb6\u7684\u4ea7\u54c1\uff0c\u5982\u6765\u81ea\u6fb3\u5927\u5229\u4e9a\u548c\u65b0\u897f\u5170\u7684\u4e73\u5236\u54c1\u3002\u6765\u81ea\u5370\u5ea6\u5c3c\u897f\u4e9a\u548c\u9a6c\u6765\u897f\u4e9a\u7684\u6a61\u80f6\u5c06\u6d41\u5165\u5370\u5ea6\uff0c\u8fd9\u5c06\u5f71\u54cd\u519c\u6c11\u3001\u4f01\u4e1a\u5bb6\u3001\u4e2d\u5c0f\u4f01\u4e1a\u548c\u5370\u5ea6\u6c7d\u8f66\u5236\u9020\u5546\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. \u5370\u5ea6\u7684\u76ee\u6807\u5c1a\u672a\u5b9e\u73b0\uff0c\u4f46\u4ee5\u4e0b\u76ee\u6807\u5982\u4e0b\uff1a <\/strong>&#8211;
