               The Faculty of Business Administration, Sripatum University (SPUBUS)<\/strong>, organized a special upskilling program for guidance counselors to explore the fast-changing world of Gen Z content and digital communication<\/strong>, aiming to strengthen their ability to connect with students in today\u2019s digital era.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

               The event officially opened with welcoming remarks by Assistant Professor Dr. Ravipa Akarajindanont, Dean of the Faculty of Business Administration<\/strong>, who emphasized the importance of understanding digital trends and modern consumer behavior in shaping effective communication, guidance, and future talent development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

               The program featured two dynamic sessions. The first, TikTok Impact<\/strong>, focused on how TikTok can be used to build influence through content, covering audience behavior, trend-driven content creation, and communication strategies that resonate with Gen Z. The second session, TikTok Creator Lab<\/strong>, offered a hands-on workshop where participants learned the complete content creation process\u2014from idea generation and filming to editing and impactful storytelling\u2014along with strategies for building a strong personal brand on digital platforms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
