This type of fiber makes us feel<br \/>\n It is easy to fill you up, good for those who want to control their weight, and also suitable as a food for people with diabetes, clogged arteries, and coronary artery disease because quinoa has a low fat content, which helps reduce blood pressure and cholesterol, and reduces the mortality rate from heart disease.<\/p>\n<p> \u2764\ufe0f \u2764\ufe0f With Asst.
