She started her career at the Human Resources Department of Sahabank Public Company Limited and was selected as an outstanding HR person in her second year with Sahabank Public Company Limited. She then gained experience in financial analysis and customer relationship building before joining the Credit Department of Phatra Thanakit Securities Company Limited before continuing her MBA (Marketing &#8211; English Program) at NIDA and receiving a scholarship from Sripatum University to pursue a doctorate degree at AIT in International Business.<\/p>\n<p>From her past learnings and experiences, Asst. Prof. Dr. Rawipha Akarajindanon sees that technology plays an important role in changing the business world, especially in the Service Industry. Her doctoral dissertation, titled \u201cCustomer Response to Sales Force Automation in the Insurance Industry,\u201d received the \u201cThe Runner-up Award for Dissertation Research,\u201d a world-class dissertation competition organized by the American Marketing Association: AMA in Boston, USA.
