>>> <\/strong><\/span>โดย ดร.รัชนีพร พุคยาภรณ์ พุกกะมาน <\/strong>อธิการบดี ได้ให้คำแนะนำแนวทางการดำเนินงานให้กับ คณะกรรมการบริหาร สโมสรนักศึกษา (ชุดใหม่)… สโมสรจะต้องมีความคิดเห็นร่วมกันโดยจะต้องตกผลึกความคิดเห็นจากเพื่อนๆ เป็นส่วนรวมมิใช่ส่วนตน ความสำเร็จการทำงานของสโมสร คือ การบริหารองค์กร ถ้าทุกคนเห็นและมีจุดหมายเดียวกันก็จะนำไปสู่ความสำเร็จได้ง่าย และ ความสำเร็จไม่ได้มาจากคนในองค์กรแต่เพียงอย่างเดียวเสมอไป อย่าคิดถึงแค่เป้าหมาย แต่ต้องคิดถึงผลลัพธ์ของมันด้วย ความสำเร็จคือการทำตามเป้าหมายและได้ผลลัพธ์ตามที่ตั้งใจไว้ สโมสร จะสอนให้ทุกคนมีความเป็นผู้นำ… <\/span><\/a><\/div>\n
