Sripatum University’s Office of International Relations Creates a Multicultural Learning Space Offering Free Booth Access for Students and Guest Food Sharing<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cross-cultural learning and student empowerment thrive through practical engagement, opportunity creation, and meaningful community sharing within an inclusive environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On Wednesday, November 5, 2025, from 10:00 to 17:00 at Building 11, 1st Floor, Zone C, Sripatum University (Bangkhen Campus), the Office of International Relations, alongside Student Affairs and the Student council, organized the “SPU International Food Market 2025.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The primary objective of this event was to provide a platform for students to showcase their culinary skills, experience practical business management, and earn supplementary income. SPU supported student participation by providing booth spaces completely free of charge across 19 student-led food stalls. Supporting student ventures through rent-free space access directly aligns with SDG 1: No Poverty under SDG 1.4 Community anti-poverty programmes and SDG 1.4.1 Local start-up assistance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Furthermore, the Office of International Relations invited special guests, including the International Youth Fellowship (IYF), Shwe Nayar Burmese Dessert Shop, and Pizza Hut, to distribute free food and global snacks to students and attendees. Providing direct nutritional support on campus advances SDG 2: Zero Hunger under SDG 2.3 Student hunger, SDG 2.3.2 Students hunger interventions, and SDG 2.3.4 Healthy and affordable food choices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The festival featured lively interactive activities, including an international snack lucky draw and a popular food stall voting competition. Hosting an inclusive cultural gathering supports SDG 4: Quality Education under SDG 4.3 Lifelong learning measures and SDG 4.3.2 Public events (lifelong learning). Celebrating diverse culinary traditions reinforces SDG 11: Sustainable Cities and Communities via SDG 11.2 Support of arts and heritage and SDG 11.2.5 Arts and heritage contribution, while promoting multi-sector engagement advances SDG 17: Partnerships for the Goals under SDG 17.2 Relationships to support the goals and SDG 17.2.2 Cross sectoral dialogue about SDGs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sripatum University continues to cultivate an inclusive campus environment that nurtures student skills, global awareness, and community goodwill.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
