Thailand<\/strong><strong>\u2019s cultural heritage by organizing a Buddhist chanting ceremony and an almsgiving ceremony of rice and dry food offerings in observance of Asalha Puja Day and Buddhist Lent Day<\/strong><strong> for the year 2026<\/strong><strong>.<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sripatum University Library, led by Director Dr.Apiradee Amnuckmanee alongside dedicated staff, gathered to honor sacred Buddhist traditions on the auspicious occasions of Asalha Puja and Buddhist Lent 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The ceremony took place on Thursday, July 23, 2026, in front of Building 11, Sripatum University. The event featured chanting prayers and alms-giving of dry food and rice to 9 respected monks. This collective effort brought spiritual blessings and unity to the campus while reinforcing SPU&#8217;s institutional role as a guardian of cultural identity, in alignment with <strong>SDG 11: Sustainable Cities and Communities<\/strong>, specifically under <strong>SDG 11.2 Support of arts and heritage<\/strong>, through <strong>SDG 11.2.5 Arts and heritage contribution<\/strong> and <strong>SDG 11.2.6 Record and preserve cultural heritage<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Furthermore, engaging in mindfulness and spiritual merit-making directly supports the mental wellness of university
