บริการ Book to You<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n

บริการใหม่<\/strong><\/span><\/span>…ของสำนักหอสมุด ที่อำนวยความสะดวกให้กับนักศึกษา อาจารย์ และบุคลากร ของมหาวิทยาลัยศรีปทุม กทม. ที่ต้องการยืมหนังสือไปอ่านโดยไม่ต้องกรอกแบบฟอร์มการยืม เพียง Click ส่งคำขอการจองหนังสือเล่มที่ต้องการทางออนไลน์ได้ที่ website ของสำนักหอสมุด http:\/\/library.spu.ac.th ผ่านบริการ Book to You เรามีเจ้าหน้าที่จัดหาตัวเล่มไว้ให้บริการ เพียงเท่านี้คุณก็สามารถมารับตัวเล่มที่ทำการจองได้ตามวันและเวลาที่กำหนด<\/span><\/div>\n

ขั้นตอนการให้บริการ Book to You <\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/div>\n
1. ผู้มีสิทธิ์ใช้บริการ ได้แก่ นักศึกษา อาจารย์ และบุคลากร สถานะปัจจุบันของมหาวิทยาลัยศรีปทุมเท่านั้น  <\/span><\/div>\n
กทม. เท่านั้น
\n 2. Login<\/span><\/strong> เข้าระบบห้องสมุดอัตโนมัติ (OPAC)
\n 3. ค้นหาหนังสือในช่อง Search และเลือกเล่มที่ต้องการในเว็บ OPAC พร้อมส่งคำขอ<\/span><\/div>\n
การจองหนังสือผ่านเมนู Book to You 
\n 4. เจ้าหน้าที่ตรวจสอบรายชื่อหนังสือที่จองจากในระบบ Book to You และทำการค้นหาตัวเล่มจากชั้นหนังสือ เมื่อได้ตัวเล่มให้ระบุชื่อผู้จองและหมายเลขการจองไว้ที่เล่ม
\n 5. เจ้าหน้าที่แจ้งกลับผู้ใช้บริการภายใน 1 วันทำการ ให้มารับหนังสือที่จองทาง e-mail <\/span><\/div>\n
ได้ตามวันและเวลาที่ห้องสมุดเปิดให้บริการพื้นที่ นับจากที่ได้รับคำขอ (ไม่นับวันหยุด<\/span><\/div>\n
นักขัตฤกษ์)
\n 6. เมื่อผู้ใช้บริการมารับหนังสือ ให้แสดงบัตรนักศึกษาหรือบัตรบุคลากร พร้อมแจ้ง<\/span><\/div>\n
หมายเลขการจองและรายชื่อหนังสือที่จองไว้กับเจ้าหน้าที่บริเวณเคาน์เตอร์ชั้น 5
\n 7. เจ้าหน้าที่ทำการ Check out หนังสือออกจากระบบ
\n 8. หนังสือที่ส่งคำขอการจอง Book to You ถ้าผู้ใช้บริการไม่มารับหนังสือตามเวลา<\/span><\/div>\n
ที่กำหนดจะดำเนินการส่งขึ้นชั้นหนังสือเพื่อเตรียมให้บริการต่อไป<\/span><\/div>\n
