มหาวิทยาลัยศรีปทุมเดินหน้าเสริมเกราะความพร้อมให้นักศึกษากว่า 1,400 คน เตรียมก้าวสู่การทำงานจริงอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและเท่าเทียม
ศูนย์สหกิจศึกษาและพัฒนาอาชีพ มหาวิทยาลัยศรีปทุม จัดโครงการปฐมนิเทศนักศึกษาสหกิจศึกษาและการศึกษาเชิงบูรณาการกับการทำงาน (CWIE) รุ่นที่ 46 (ภาคการศึกษาที่ 1/2568) ในวันศุกร์ที่ 15 สิงหาคม 2568 ณ ห้องบัวหลวงแกรนด์รูม อาคาร 1 ชั้น 5 โดยได้รับเกียรติจาก ผศ.ดร.วิรัช เลิศไพฑูรย์พันธ์ รองอธิการบดี เป็นประธานเปิดงานและมอบโอวาทแก่คนรุ่นใหม่ที่กำลังจะก้าวออกไปเรียนรู้ในสถานประกอบการจริง
กิจกรรมครั้งนี้ถูกออกแบบขึ้นเพื่อเตรียมความพร้อมรอบด้านให้นักศึกษาจำนวน 1,433 คน จาก 10 คณะ/วิทยาลัย อาทิ วิทยาลัยโลจิสติกส์และซัพพลายเชน คณะบริหารธุรกิจ คณะศิลปศาสตร์ และคณะวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ ให้มีความรู้ ความเข้าใจ และความมั่นใจในการปรับตัวเข้าสู่สังคมการทำงานในฐานะเสมือนพนักงานคนหนึ่งขององค์กร
บรรยากาศเต็มไปด้วยพลังแห่งการเรียนรู้ โดยได้รับเกียรติจาก คุณอรุณี กลิ่นสุด ผู้อำนวยการฝ่ายทรัพยากรบุคคล บริษัท พีเอช แคปปิตอล จำกัด พร้อมทีมวิทยากรร่วมบรรยายในหัวข้อ “เคล็ดลับประสบความสำเร็จในการออกปฏิบัติงานสหกิจศึกษา CWIE” ซึ่งเน้นย้ำเรื่องความคาดหวังขององค์กร การทำงานร่วมกับคนต่างรุ่น การรับมือกับความเครียด และการใช้ความฉลาดทางอารมณ์ (EQ) เพื่อก้าวผ่านความท้าทาย พร้อมกิจกรรมละลายพฤติกรรมที่ช่วยละลายความกังวลและสร้างเครือข่ายความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างเพื่อนนักศึกษา
โครงการนี้นับเป็นฟันเฟืองสำคัญในการขับเคลื่อน SDG 4 (Quality Education: 4.3 Lifelong learning measures, 4.3.3 Vocational training events) ผ่านการจัดอบรมเชิงวิชาชีพเสริมสร้างทักษะการเรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิต SDG 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth: 8.4 Proportion of students taking work placements, 8.4.1 Proportion of students with work placements) ที่สนับสนุนให้นักศึกษาเข้าสู่ระบบการฝึกปฏิบัติงานจริงเกินกว่า 1 เดือน และ SDG 10 (Reduced Inequalities: 10.6 Measures against discrimination, 10.6.3 Access to university underrepresented groups recruit) ที่ให้โอกาสนักศึกษาจากทุกคณะเข้าถึงการเตรียมความพร้อมอย่างเสมอภาค
การปฐมนิเทศในครั้งนี้ไม่เพียงแต่มอบความรู้เกี่ยวกับแนวทางปฏิบัติตนและการประสานงานกับมหาวิทยาลัยเท่านั้น แต่ยังสร้างภูมิคุ้มกันทางความคิด เติมเต็มศักยภาพ และสร้างความพร้อมให้นักศึกษา SPU ออกไปสร้างสรรค์ประโยชน์แก่สังคมและก้าวสู่โลกอาชีพได้อย่างสง่างาม

The Co-operative Education and Career Development Center at Sripatum University hosted the Orientation Program for Co-operative and Work-Integrated Education (CWIE) Batch 46 (Semester 1/2025) on Friday, August 15, 2025, at the Bualuang Grand Room, Building 1, 5th Floor. Assistant Professor Dr. Wirat Lerdsaitypunt, Vice President, delivered the opening address and offered inspiring guidance to the students.
Designed to prepare 1,433 students across 10 faculties—including the College of Logistics and Supply Chain, School of Business Administration, School of Liberal Arts, and School of Engineering—the initiative aims to build workplace readiness, ensuring students transition smoothly into professional roles as full members of their host organizations.
The event featured an engaging session by Ms. Arunee Klinsud, Human Resources Director of PH Capital Co., Ltd., on “Secrets to Success in CWIE Work Placements.” The talk highlighted organizational expectations, cross-generational collaboration, stress management, and Emotional Intelligence (EQ), accompanied by interactive ice-breaking activities to foster team spirit and personal resilience.
This initiative plays a pivotal role in driving SDG 4 (Quality Education: 4.3 Lifelong learning measures, 4.3.3 Vocational training events) by providing career-oriented skills training, SDG 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth: 8.4 Proportion of students taking work placements, 8.4.1 Proportion of students with work placements) by integrating students into extended work placements, and SDG 10 (Reduced Inequalities: 10.6 Measures against discrimination, 10.6.3 Access to university underrepresented groups recruit) by guaranteeing equal access to career preparation for students across all disciplines.
Through this orientation, SPU ensures that its students are not only academically prepared but also mentally equipped with the soft skills necessary to thrive in the modern workplace and contribute meaningfully to society.
